This presents an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to evolve with themand contribute to the development of their brands.Role Overview:Were looking for a performance-focused eCommerce Paid Media Specialist to manage and scalecampaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.Youll be responsible for drivingprofitable growth across multiple digital channels, helping DTC brands and eCommercebusinesses hit their revenue and acquisition targets through strategic media buying andcontinuous optimisation.Key Responsibilities: Plan, build, and optimise high-performing campaigns acrossGoogle Ads (Search,Shopping, Performance Max), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads. Execute full-funnel campaign strategies aligned to eCommerce goals like revenue, ROAS,CPA, and new customer acquisition. Manage daily operations including keyword research, audience segmentation, bidstrategies, negative keyword filtering, and creative testing. Optimise campaigns using data-driven insights: A/B testing, attribution analysis, andbudget pacing. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop scroll-stopping ad assetstailored to each platform. Monitor and report on campaign performance across all channels, translating data intoclear insights and growth recommendations. Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats to ensurecampaigns remain competitive. Proactively suggest and test new growth opportunities including retargeting, upsellflows, and seasonal strategies.Requirements: 4+ years proven experience, preferably with a similar fashion brand, managing paidmedia campaigns for eCommerce brands,across both Google Ads (Search, Shopping,PMax) and Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest). Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, GA4, MetaBusiness Suite, and platform-specific Ads Managers. Deep knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, andpixel/event setups. Track record of improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and scaling profitable media spend. Strong reporting and communication skills able to clearly present performanceinsights to clients or stakeholders. Excellent time and project management skills to juggle multiple accounts or campaignseffectively. Experience working in a DTC, brand-side, or agency performance marketingenvironment.
