Job DescriptionOverviewEqualiser is hiring a Senior Paid Media Consultant to lead strategy and client partnerships across a varied portfolio of brands. This is a senior role for someone who brings strong strategic thinking, clear communication, and a clear focus on driving performance across both Paid Search and Paid Social platforms.Youll take ownership of paid media strategy, guide channel leads, and play a key role in delivering meaningful, measurable results. Youll also help shape how we operate from delivery models to tools and client process.Were currently a remote-first team, with plans to establish a Manchester office later this year.
