Job Description UX Designer (45-55K) Hybrid role in ManchesterAn innovative and fast-growing tech company is looking for a UX Designer to join their team and help shape the future of digital communication solutions. What youll be doing:Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to explore and validate early-stage product ideas.Creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.Delivering high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand and accessibility standards.Championing a culture of continuous improvement through user feedback and testing.Acting as the voice of UX within cross-functional product teams. What were looking for:4+ years of UX design experience (ideally in B2B SaaS or telecoms).Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools).Experience with prototyping, user testing, and accessibility standards (WCAG).A solid understanding of user research and design systems.Familiarity with Agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration.Bonus: Front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) and motion/interaction design.
