Description The In-house Employment Lawyer will be: Leading contentious employment litigation and tribunal representation Advising on non‑contentious matters: restructures, policies, TUPE, redundancy Supporting HR on investigations, disciplinary processes, and settlement agreements Monitoring and advising on employment and people-related regulatory changes Coaching internal stakeholders and delivering training sessions as needed Profile The In-house Employment Lawyer should be: A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in employment law Skilled in both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters Experienced with FS regulatory frameworks (e., SMCR, FCA/PRA) A clear communicator with strong negotiation and influencing capabilities Comfortable working in-house within a complex, collaborative legal function Job Offer Competitive salary range up to £120k plus benefits.
