Job DescriptionWere working with a well-established law firm in Prestwich thats looking to add a confident and capable Paralegal to its busy conveyancing team. If youve got a solid understanding of the conveyancing process and want to build your career in a supportive and close-knit firm, this could be a great step forward.What youll be doing:Supporting fee earners on a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesAssisting with drafting contracts, preparing reports, and managing enquiriesHandling post-completion work including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applicationsCommunicating with clients, estate agents, and other solicitorsManaging case files and keeping everything up to date and compliantWhat were looking for:Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essentialStrong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workloadConfident communicator whos comfortable speaking with clientsOrganised, proactive, and keen to learn and grow in a legal environmentWhats on offer:Friendly, down-to-earth team with a great reputation locallyCareer progression and development opportunitiesOffice-based role with plenty of support from experienced professionalsIf you're a paralegal with conveyancing experience and you're ready to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.
