Job DescriptionPersonal Injury Paralegal Cycling Accident Claims | ManchesterLocation: Manchester | Salary: 23,000 30,000 DOE | Hybrid | Full-time, PermanentThis top tier Legal 500 personal-injury team is looking for a talented paralegal to work with lawyers specialising in cases where the injuries have been sustained from cycle accidents.The role offers the chance to work with leading solicitors on fast-track, intermediate track and multi-track claims while developing your own caseload.What you will be doingAssist senior fee earners on complex cycling RTA & public-liability claimsDraft CNFs, schedules, witness statements, pleadings & court bundlesHandle Portal files (Stages 1 3) and prepare off-Portal transfersObtain medical records, instruct experts & assess liability/quantumLiaise with clients, counsel and insurers; track billing & disbursementsKey prerequisites of the roleThe team is keen to recruit a Paralegal with a genuine passion for complex injury matters. The expectation is for the successful candidate to attend the office in Manchester city centre 3 days per week with 2 days working from home. In particular, the Partners are looking for the following:12 + months claimant PI experience (cycling injury a plus)Working knowledge of CPR, MOJ/OIC Portals & Part 7 procedureAbility to run Stage 1-3 files and issue infant approval applicationsStrong drafting, organisation & client-care skillsProclaim case-management experience desirable (training provided)Interested?This is your opportunity to work alongside renowned cycling-injury lawyers with a clear progression route to manage your own caseload when you are ready.
