Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid Manchester / Sheffield / London or Remote Flexibility) Role Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end Amazon Connect and cloud-based contact centre architectures Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and streamline processes Provide consulting expertise, engaging directly with stakeholders and clients Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices in security, performance, and cost optimisation Support the adoption of AI and automation technologies within contact centre environments Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture frameworks and delivery methodologies Key Requirements Proven experience in Solutions Architecture and system design Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Direct experience with Amazon Connect or contact centre platforms Background in consulting and delivering tailored client solutions Solid understanding of software development methodologies and integration patterns Experience designing and optimising business processes Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge business and technical needs Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) TPBN1_UKTJ
