The opportunity They're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to take ownership of an existing platform and help shape the next phase of development. In the short term, you'll: Own and evolve a live TypeScript-based system used daily by the business Work closely with founders and stakeholders to stabilise and improve core functionality As the platform matures, you'll: Lead greenfield development of new internal tools Build systems focused on data capture, operational insight, and reporting Influence architecture, tooling, and technical direction as the engineering function grows Help shape software that supports sustainability-driven outcomes This is very much a start-up role - ambiguity, ownership, and learning are part of the job.
