Company description: This is an opportunity to join our dynamic HR Operations Team at Addleshaw Goddard as a Payroll Specialist, supporting our offices globally. Job description: As part of a collaborative and innovative HR function, youll work within a dedicated Payroll team led by the Senior Global Payroll Manager, alongside experienced payroll professionals. Youll play a vital role in delivering accurate, efficient, and responsive payroll services, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across the firm. Required profile: In this fast-paced and varied role, youll be responsible for managing monthly payroll tasks, meeting deadlines, and resolving queries for both internal and external stakeholders. Youll adapt your communication style to suit different audiences, maintain up-to-date payroll processes in line with legislation and best practices, and actively seek opportunities to improve systems and processes. Youll also support project-related activities, such as payroll transitions, process improvements, and future global payroll expansions, while building strong relationships across the business and with external vendors. What we offer: Were looking for candidates with previous experience in payroll or working with outsourced payroll providers, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and advanced Microsoft Excel abilities. You should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Experience with global payrolls, Workday HCM and Payroll, or payroll system implementations is desirable but not essential.
