About the Role We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Associate Talent Sourcing Partner to join our high-performing delivery team in Manchester. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide vital support to our Talent Sourcing Partners across a broad range of specialisms—including Underwriting, Claims, Change & Transformation, Operations, Finance, Technology, HR, and more. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about recruitment coordination, candidate care, and operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, best-in-class candidate experience while gaining hands-on exposure to strategic sourcing techniques and talent delivery for our clients across the insurance sector.
