The role specialises in niche markets within the private sector and is full 360, with all the sales tools you need.As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Your Responsibilities Will IncludeBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organisational culture. Identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conducting interviews and assessing candidates skills, experience, and suitability for roles. Matching candidates to job vacancies, managing the interview process and assisting in negotiating job offers.
