This role will be critical in sourcing, engaging, and closing exceptional talent, while partnering closely with senior leadership and maintaining an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.Youll need to be comfortable managing the entire recruitment process end-to-end, from direct sourcing and candidate mapping to compliance checks and onboarding administration.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, ensuring a smooth and professional process for all stakeholders.Proactively source, map, and engage top talent through direct sourcing, networking, and innovative approaches.Leverage your established network in across the UK to fill roles quickly and effectively.Build strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, advising on market trends and best practices.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities.Support employer branding initiatives to position us as an employer of choice in Product and Tech.Manage candidate compliance processes, including right-to-work checks and documentation.Assist with recruitment administration, reporting, and maintaining accurate records in our ATS.Deliver a high standard of service to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring excellent communication and follow-through.Work collaboratively within the team, sharing knowledge and best practices.About YouProven experience recruiting through direct sourcing, ideally within the UK market.Strong direct sourcing skills, with a ready network of Product and Tech professionals.Confident in managing end-to-end recruitment autonomously, especially with minimal resources.Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and adapting to changing business needs.Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders.Strong understanding of recruitment compliance and best practice.Passionate about delivering a diverse and inclusive hiring process.Highly organised with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.A true team player who contributes positively to the wider team culture.Ready to start immediately and hit the ground running.Why Join Us?Hybrid working with flexibility to balance home and office.Opportunity to make a direct impact on the growthWork with a supportive team that values trust, collaboration, and innovation.Play a key role in shaping our employer brand and candidate experience.Interested?Were looking for someone who is ready to start immediately.
