Recruitment Team Leader Education

Education Recruitment Team Leader - Manchester. 34,000 - 38,000 basic, Free parking, uncapped commission, award winning training, fast track promotion, 32 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off, half day working through term time. We are currently looking to add to the team in Manchester and have a new role for an experienced Education Consultant. You will need to have at least 12 months experience as a Consultant as you will be tasked with growing the business through new business development. What will you be doing? Interviewing and screening candidates Helping candidates through their vetting process. Business development which includes speaking to Primary, Secondary and SEND schools to introduce yourself and the company Arranging and attending client visits with schools Creating candidate profiles. Candidate and client communication keeping candidates updated with their work progress. What are we looking for?
