Were working with a beautiful private day nursery part of a small, supportive two-nursery group looking for an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Nursery Manager to support the daily running of the setting. Youll work closely with a passionate Nursery Manager and take on leadership responsibilities while still being a visible, trusted presence across the rooms. ?? What Youll Be Doing: Supporting the Manager with day-to-day operations, staffing, and planning Leading by example to inspire best practice across the nursery Taking ownership of key areas such as safeguarding, quality audits, or staff development Building strong relationships with children, families, and your team Stepping up confidently in the Managers absence ?? About You: Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential) Experience as a Room Leader or Third in Charge A natural leader with strong organisational skills Calm under pressure, approachable, and hands-on Passionate about delivering high standards of care and education ??
