Were working with a leading construction and facilities management business, recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their busy FM division on a newly awarded contract. This is a permanent position offering excellent career progression and the chance to lead a small team across major healthcare facilities. The Role Take responsibility for the commercial delivery of a new FM contract covering two large healthcare facilities in the Manchester region. Lead and support a team of three Quantity Surveyors and Assistant QSs. Manage MTC (Measured Term Contract) and FM maintenance contracts, ensuring financial control and compliance. Hybrid working: 23 days on site, with the flexibility to work from home and access regional business offices as required. What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within FM maintenance and MTC-type contracts (essential). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent commercial awareness and contract management expertise. A proactive approach, with the ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
