Quantity Surveyor Social Housing Planned Works Salary: 50,000 60,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + Healthcare + 26 Days Holiday + Wellbeing Support + Company Incentives An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor delivering a variety of planned works within the social housing sector. Youll be working across a diverse portfolio of projects including kitchens and bathrooms, re-roofing, electrical upgrades, external works, ECO renewables, and window and door replacements. The Role: Youll take ownership of the commercial delivery of projects, ensuring costs are managed effectively, variations are controlled, and strong relationships are maintained with clients and supply chain partners.
