Job Description: DevSecOps Engineer. Manchester / Hybrid. 600 per day (Inside IR35) SC Cleared 6 months with Extensions Our Central Government Clientnis looking for an experienced DevSecOps specialist to help deliver a crucial Automation project over at least the next 6 months Must have at least 8+ years of DevOps experience with knowledge of implementing CI pipeline and continuous deployment pipeline process for various different environments and topologies in AWS Cloud. Proficient in modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, NodeJs, Go etc. Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as python, shell script, perl etc Must have implemented security tools and technologies as part of CICD pipeline fragments in Gitlab such as SAST, DAST, Threat Modelling, SCA, Container Security analysis etc. Strong experience in creating Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK, Packer, Ansible. Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, configuration of Gitlab runners This is a high profile project within Central Government whch you will play a key role in delivering. you must hold SC Clearance (Active or lapsed) and have experience in delivering DevSecOps in the Public Sector.
