Trainer with traffic management experience, Manchester City Centre Based Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday, or as scheduled) 300 per day / 40 per hour Responsibilities Deliver Traffic Management training courses over several days within the same week to groups of up to 20 delegates. Deliver sessions in line with a pre-developed curriculum and training materials provided by the organisation. Provide guided learning, assessments and constructive feedback to ensure understanding and competence, and support learners throughout their training journey. Ensure compliance with all company policies, awarding body standards, and health & safety regulations. Represent the organisation professionally and uphold its reputation as a leading training provider. Essentials Experience within the Traffic Management or Urban/Town Planning sector, with a strong understanding of industry standards and practices. Previous experience delivering training or mentoring within a construction or traffic management context. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners. A calm, professional manner and confidence in speaking to large delegate groups.
