HGV - Class 1 - Ongoing

The Best Connection Group - Manchester are looking for an experienced class 1 driver to work with one of our clients based in Newton Heath on an ongoing schedule - this will be 5 days per week - but will include a week end shift ( one day or both days ) About the role: This is a trunking role that will involve the delivery of Alcoholic drinks. There will be next to no handball involved and there will only be a low number of drops each day. All applicants must have over 2 years on there licence for insurance purposes. There is an opportunity for Day or Night shifts. Pay: 16.00 an hour Mon - Sat Days 18.35 an hour Sun Days 17.55 an hour Mon Sat Nights 20.35 an hour Sun Nights Hours: Start times can very on the work load and client preference Monday to Sunday ( 5 days offered per week - this will include a week end day or both days Requirements: Must be 25 years or older (insurance requirement) Valid Class 1 (Category CE) licence Min 2 Years CE Experience Maximum 6 points on licence - no major endorsements (IN, DR, etc.) Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude Flexible attitude to working week end shifts If you are looking for ongoing work which will include weekends - Class 1 trunking work in the Manchester Area then this is the job for you!
