Learn more at www.tolunacorporate.comIntroduction:The EDGE programme (Efficient Delivery for Growth & Excellence) is a high-impact transformation initiative focused on improving operational delivery, driving sustainable growth, and embedding excellence across the business.We are seeking a Research Transformation Manager to join the Project Management Office (PMO) and play a critical supporting role in ensuring the smooth execution of EDGE workstreams. This role will work closely with EDGE Improvement Owners and cross-functional stakeholders.This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a transformation programme that spans geographies and functions, and to help bring structure, visibility, and momentum to a range of strategic improvement efforts.Responsibilities:Programme CoordinationSupport the end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closureCoordinate stakeholders across functions at the programme level to align timelines and resourcesContribute to the creation and maintenance of project management documentation and standardsSupport Delivery ProgressTrack progress of assigned solutions or initiatives to ensure momentum is maintainedMonitor pace, flag delays, and help Improvement Owners keep focus on core programme goals: Revenue Growth Direct Margin Improvement Employee HappinessIdentify when solutions require leadership attention or realignment with executive goalsReporting & CommunicationPrepare monthly executive summaries and regular status reportsProvide updates to key programme stakeholdersEnsure structured communication is cascaded across teams including Research, Operations, Sales, Finance, R&D, and Insights to build visibility and buy-inSupport Improvement OwnersHelp brief new Improvement Owners and onboard them into EDGE ways of workingIdentify additional resourcing needs and flag themRecommend internal experts who may support initiative successEscalate risks, disagreements, or blockers where alignment is requiredLeverage your own experience in project delivery to advise and coach team membersYour Profile:10+ years of experience in project or programme coordination within a complex, matrixed organizationAbility to manage multiple workstreams and align stakeholders to shared goalsClear, structured communicator with a knack for bringing clarity to ambiguityComfortable working in fast-moving, change-oriented environmentsExperience with process improvement, PMO tools, or cross-functional delivery is a strong advantageEnthusiasm for structured problem-solving and continuous improvementOur Values:Acting with Ownership- Demonstrating individual accountabilityBringing a forward mindset- Being action-oriented, bold and entrepreneurialCollaborating with Curiosity- Exhibiting teamwork through togethernessDiscussing openly, committing jointly- Sharing your views openlyEmbracing empathy- Being egoless & caringWhat we Offer:At Toluna, were all about creating a welcoming, diverse workplace where everyone can thrive.
