Due to sustained growth and a strong transaction pipeline, the firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team.The RoleThis is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Finance professional to play a key role in delivering end-to-end advisory services on a wide range of transactions. Youll work closely with Partners and Directors, lead client engagements, and support the development of junior team members.Your responsibilities will include:Managing buy-side and sell-side M&A engagementsLeading valuations, financial modelling, due diligence, and strategic advisory projectsPreparing pitch materials, investment memoranda, and detailed financial reportsManaging day-to-day project delivery and acting as a key client contactSupporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the CF divisionAbout YouWere looking for someone who brings both technical excellence and strong client-facing skills.
