Draftprofessionalvaluationreportsandclientpresentations. Supportduediligenceprocessesandassistwithtransactionexecution. Contributetobusinessdevelopmentbyidentifyingopportunitieswithintheexistingclientbase. EssentialSkills&Experience: Minimumof2yearsexperience Strongfinancialanalysisandmodellingskills(Exceland/orvaluationsoftware). Experiencepreparingorreviewingbusinessvaluations,ideallywithinM&A,corporatefinance,oraccountancy. Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills. Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously. Proactive,professional,andclient-focusedapproach. Desirable: ACA,ACCA,CFAorsimilarqualification(orworkingtowards).
