Youll work closely with other Implementation Managers, our Senior Manager for Professional Services, Product teams, Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Managed Services Operations.Its a collaborative group that shares ideas, supports each other, and works together to deliver great outcomes for customers.What You'll Be DoingLead and Support Your TeamGuide consultants through their day-to-day deliveryHold regular check-ins and quarterly reviewsCoach and develop their skills in both product and customer deliveryCreate a positive, supportive, and high-performing team cultureManage resource planning to ensure strong utilisationDeliver Successful ImplementationsEnsure every customer receives a smooth, structured onboardingMaintain high standards and consistency across all implementationsSupport consultants with escalations, tricky projects, or customer issuesWork with Professional Services colleagues to keep projects on time and on budgetWork Across the BusinessShare insights with Product and help shape product improvementsSupport Sales with orders and pipeline activityCollaborate with Bureau teams to hand over payrolls once implementedKeep processes aligned across all Implementation ManagersImprove and Evolve How We WorkReview and refine implementation processesHelp the team adopt new tools, processes, and ways of workingContribute to integration and alignment when IRIS acquires new businessesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, and service qualityWhat Were Looking ForWere looking for someone who can confidently lead people, manage delivery, and bring structure and positivity to a busy team environment.Youll be a great fit if you have:Proven experience managing a teamStrong background in software implementation, payroll, HR, or Professional ServicesExcellent communication and customer service skillsA calm, organised approach to managing work and supporting othersStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detailThe confidence to influence, motivate, and guide consultantsThe ability to work well with many different teams and stakeholdersExperience with IRIS products (an advantage, not essential)Qualifications such as team leadership, training, technical, or software-related certifications are welcome but not required.What Youll GainA leadership role with real influence over customer success and operational performanceA supportive team and a business that invests in developmentOpportunities to contribute to major projects, product improvements, and acquisitionsA chance to shape how IRIS implements payroll and HR solutions at scaleA role where your ideas, leadership, and problem-solving genuinely matterOur Application ProcessWe like to keep things simple, transparent, and fair:1 Apply onlineSend your CV and a few details.
