As a Graduate Planner, your key responsibilities will include: ·Supporting the preparation of planning applications, policy research, and development appraisals. ·Producing reports, presentations, and documentation to accompany planning submissions. ·Communicating and liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and community groups. ·Working collaboratively with senior planners, urban designers, and architects to develop creative and practical planning solutions. The successful Graduate Planner will have: ·A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a closely related field. ·Strong written and verbal communication skills. ·Excellent analytical thinking and organisational capability. ·A motivated, proactive attitude and a genuine ambition to achieve RTPI Chartership.
