Reward Analyst - Professional Services - Permanent - Hybrid - Manchester - Up to 60K We have partnered with a leading professional services firm who are looking to appoint a Reward Analyst to join their specialist HR team in Manchester. This is a key role supporting the delivery of compensation and benefits programmes across UK and international offices. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering benchmarking, pay review analytics and contributing to global reward projects aligned with the firm's people strategy. Key Responsibilities Support annual salary and bonus review processes Conduct benchmarking and job evaluation (WTW methodology preferred) Deliver data-driven insights to inform compensation and benefits strategy Support the review and enhancement of benefits offerings Provide expert advice on reward and recognition practices Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure equitable and competitive reward frameworks Contribute to reward-related projects across the wider HR function Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in a reward or compensation analyst role, ideally within legal or professional services Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency Familiarity with benchmarking tools and methodologies (e.g. Willis Towers Watson) High attention to detail and experience handling sensitive data Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholder engagement experience Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities effectively This is an excellent opportunity for a Reward Analyst looking to broaden their experience in a collaborative team and make a real impact on strategic reward initiatives.
