With an ambitious growth agenda, we are investing in the development of our people to ensure we continue to deliver excellence at scale.We are now seeking a highly credible Head of Learning, Development & Talent to shape and deliver our organisational capability strategy.The RoleAs Head of Learning, Development & Talent, you will:Lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive L&D and talent strategy aligned to organisational goals.Partner with the senior leadership team to identify current and future capability needs.Oversee leadership development, management capability programmes, succession planning and talent pipelines.Drive consistency, innovation and measurable impact across all L&D activity.Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver against strategic priorities.About YouYou will be an experienced L&D and Talent leader with the credibility to influence at executive level. Combining strategic vision with practical delivery, you will be confident navigating complexity and delivering results in a large-scale, fast-paced environment.What you’ll bring:Significant senior experience in L&D, OD or Talent, ideally within a large, multi-site organisation.Proven track record in shaping and delivering impactful leadership and talent programmes.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with gravitas at senior level.Commercial acumen and experience aligning people development to organisational outcomes.A background in regulated sectors is advantageous.Why Join Us?This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take ownership of the L&D and Talent agenda at scale.
