Product Manager Manchester - hybrid working - 1 day in the officeAre you passionate about building travel experiences that connect people with places in unforgettable ways? We’re looking for a visionary Product Strategist to reimagine how modern travellers discover the world — from fresh ideas on paper to flawless execution on the ground.Based out of our Manchester hub with flexible remote working, you'll lead the charge in crafting experiential journeys that are equal parts inspiring, seamless, and commercially sound.What You’ll Lead:Curating Journeys That MatterDevelop multi-day travel programs that combine meaningful local interactions with iconic global sights.Shape each itinerary to balance cultural authenticity, comfort, and narrative flow.Explore emerging destinations, niches, and styles of travel — staying ahead of market shifts and traveller expectations.Bringing Concepts to LifeWork closely with operations, partnerships, and content teams to transform early concepts into full-scale, bookable products.Ensure all experiences are feasible, cost-effective, and deliver standout value.Liaise with on-the-ground providers to enhance the richness and reliability of every touchpoint.Optimising & EvolvingRegularly analyse traveller feedback, booking trends, and competitor activity to refine and refresh offerings.Contribute to broader product strategy by aligning innovations with commercial targets and customer needs.Participate in regular field testing to keep the product relevant and grounded in real-world insight.Owning the NarrativeShape the positioning of each experience across digital platforms and sales collateral.Define what makes each journey unique — from its key themes and local encounters to the emotional takeaways.Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to bring the product to life visually and verbally.You Might Be the Right Fit If You:Have experience in travel product creation, itinerary design, or experiential curation — especially in a consumer-facing environment.Combine creative vision with commercial thinking — understanding how to craft magic that also makes sense on paper.Are highly collaborative, and confident working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.Stay tuned into global travel trends and emerging traveller behaviours.Are ready to experience the products you build — first-hand and on the road.
