RequirementsFiltering focused and appropriate shortlists for hiring team reviewConducting candidate interviews, including telephone screening and video interviewsBuild relevant candidate pipelines using market mapping, leveraging professional networks and employee referrals, advertising and promoting opportunities across relevant industry and social mediaManage employee referralsAssist in developing and updating job descriptions and specifications, writing compelling job advertsDeveloping interview guides and assessment processes as requiredAssist and coach hiring teams to interview effectively, ensuring candidate care and communications is a shared responsibilityCollaborate with internal HR partners as required and other Corporate teams (Finance, Legal)Manage any third party supplier relationships (Agents, Product Vendors)What you'll need to be successfulExtensive recruitment experience across IT and related corporate domains (3-5 years minimum).Autonomous ownership of the recruitment portfolio and related functionsExcellent rapport building and communication skillsAbility and willingness to work across varied global time zones as requiredExperience with market research - hiring trends, market salary trends and other human capital factorsEmotional maturity and ability to negotiate effectivelyExperience with modern ATS (Workable is our current solution) or similar (eg Greenhouse, Jobadder, Smartrecruiters, Lever)Linkedin Recruiter account administration and search experience.Experience as superuser/admin for recruitment and learning systems (LMS) highly regardedCore Skills: ATS, Recruitment strategyOther Skills: GreenhouseSeniority: Mid, Senior, Lead #J-18808-Ljbffr
