As we continue our rapid growth journey, weve secured major strategic partnerships with numerous significant Chinese e-commerce retailers and were looking for a high-calibre Operations Manager to join us at this exciting moment.The RoleAs Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our relationship with key Chinese e-commerce clients.You will act as the bridge between our operational teams, the clients China-based and UK-based personnel, and our leadership team.Youll be responsible for day-to-day service performance, client communications, process optimisation, and supporting commercial expansion across the UK and international markets.Youll be hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.With the majority of the clients team speaking only Mandarin, your bilingual skills will be essential to ensuring seamless communication and world-class service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Act as the main operational contact for the Chinese e-commerce clients, managing daily interactions and ensuring exceptional service standards.Service Performance: Oversee delivery performance, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement of operational processes.Bilingual Communication: Communicate fluently in Mandarin and English with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring cultural and operational alignment.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Operations, COO, CRO, FD and tech support to execute growth initiatives and resolve challenges swiftly.Account Growth Support: Support strategic planning and commercial expansion of the account in the UK and internationally, identifying opportunities to scale services.Reporting & Insights: Monitor performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and drive data-driven decision-making for the account.Stakeholder Training & Support: Help onboard and educate both client personnel and internal teams on processes, technology tools, and service expectations.What Were Looking ForFluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (verbal and written)3-5 years of experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, or parcel delivery operationsProven experience managing large or complex customer accountsStrong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a startup mindsetAnalytical thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solvingExperience working with Chinese businesses or within the Asia-Europe logistics corridor is a strong plusWhy Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven, high-growth logistics tech companyHelp shape the future of e-commerce logisticsJoin a collaborative, agile and international teamEnjoy a culture that champions innovation, ownership, and growthCompetitive salary + benefits + career progressionHow to ApplyIf youre a logistics professional fluent in Mandarin and English, with a passion for operational excellence and international growth, wed love to hear from you.
