Job DescriptionHR Manager Compliance, Reward and AnalyticsLocation: Manchester City CentreHours: FlexibleWe are looking for a confident and highly motivated HR Manager to join OrderYOYO. We are growing rapidly across all of our markets in Europe and have ambitious plans over the next few years.What we do at OrderYOYO:Helping takeaway restaurants succeed online by providing them with personalised branded mobile apps, websites and personalised marketing. We are ensuring that small to medium-sized restaurants and small chains are not subjected to lofty commissions and giving the restaurant theownership of their success.Heres a taste of what youll be doing:The HR Manager will support the wider People Team with a Compliance, Reward and Analytics focus, to help drive OrderYOYOs success and growth. The HR Manager will operate as a global unit, managing policies, processes and people analytics in all markets and business areas.The Job:Manage and ensure HR policies, processes and documents are up to-date and compliantOversee and guide on Employment Law in all marketsConduct Salary and Reward benchmarking analysis in all marketsManage people analytics and employee data to enable better decision makingSupport the implementation of HR projects, processes, and guidelines to help align the workforce with business goalsSupport with development and alignment of reward strategy across all marketsSupport and guide with HR Case Management and Training of key stakeholdersIdentify and action blind spots, analyse data, identify risks and suggest opportunities for improvementSupport with driving and enhancing DEI strategy and policyDevelop new initiatives and solutionsGeneral:Assist with general People responsibilities, including developing processes, employee documentation and general HR management.Work on various projects to drive People initiatives.Collaborate with key stakeholders across different teams and functions to drive resultsSupport colleagues and promote a positive work environment & team spiritWhat We Offer:Quarterly Conferences and training daysEmployee AwardsHoliday buying SchemeWellness WednesdaysMonthly Friday Socials and regular ad-hoc socialsPersonal development plans and Genuine career development opportunitiesWhat We Are Looking For In You :Experience within HR Management role and developing policies and processesStrong understanding of employment law in UK and ideally otherEuropean Countries (Germany would be advantageous)Experience in guiding mangers on HR processes and HR case ManagementExcellent MS Excel skills, highly analytical with the ability to analyse dataPassion - Adaptable with a can-do attitude - positive, proactive, andEnergised by working in a fast-paced environment characterised by constant change.Action - Leads by example/Initiating ACTIONCompassion - Able to empathize and provide support wherever needed.One Team - Advanced communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to build rapport with your team, maintain calm during pressurized situations, and share information in a clear and logical manner.Organised with a high attention to detailWho we are at OrderYOYO:Company culture is at the forefront of our minds creating an enjoyable, safe working environment where employee personal expression is supported.
