It's omnichannel customer engagement made simple.The role As a New Client Success Coordinator, you will facilitate effective collaboration among various departments to ensure that processes are followed and run smoothly.This role is predominantly administrative with some client interaction.Responsibilites Day-to-day client and staff interactionCommunicate with all departments to ensure deadlines are metWorking closely with the operations, project management and technical service teamsIdentify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and executionSupport team members and internal colleagues with ad-hoc requestsInnovating & following operational processesSeeing out Operational tasks from start to finishKeeping real-time spreadsheets updated and accurateWorking on project management tools such as Trello and Zendesk to ensure operational processes are followed by multiple teamsDrafting of documents, including welcome packs and agreementsCompetencies Good administrative skillsAbility to stay on top of spreadsheets with the use of ExcelUnderstanding of reportingExcellent communication skills, both internally and externally, to build relationshipsGood time management skillsCollaboration and teamwork skillsOrganised individual with a strong eye for detailComputer LiterateAttributes Be ready to take the next step in your career - experience in an Operations/Onboarding role preferredBe a good communicator and build strong stakeholder relationships they need to enjoy working with youBe self-driven, proactive and display a high degree of personal accountability
