Responsibilities Lead the Principal Designer role under CDM 2015 regulations across the lifecycle of multiple projects. Engage with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure health 'safety is embedded from day one. Deliver robust pre-construction information and risk management strategies. Advise on design risk mitigation and compliance during planning, design, and delivery phases. Champion best practices in health 'safety across the business. CDM/Principal Designer NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent H&S qualification. Demonstrable experience in the Principal Designer role, ideally from a consultancy environment. Thorough knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
