Job DescriptionJob Title: UX Content DesignerLocation: ManchesterSalary/Rate: 300 per day inside IR35Start Date: September 2025Job Type: 4-month Initial contractCompany Introduction: My client within financial services is urgently seeking a UX Content Writer to join in an initial 4 month contract. This is a hybrid contract position based in Manchester.Job Responsibilities/Objectives:Design and write clear, concise, and accessible content for on-boarding forms and account opening journeys.Collaborate with UX and UI designers to align content with interaction design and visual hierarchy.Create and maintain content patterns and guidelines that support consistency across journeys.Translate complex regulatory or operational requirements into user-friendly content.Required Skills/Experience:Proven experience as a UX Content Designer, UX Writer, or similar role.Strong portfolio demonstrating content design for digital forms, on-boarding flows, or transactional journeys.Familiarity with content design principles and accessibility standards.Comfortable using design tools (eg Figma, Sketch) and content management systems.Desirable Skills/Experience:Experience in financial services or regulated industries.Knowledge of Co-Op or similar design systems.Familiarity with tools like Experian, PCCA or Hopewiser for address validation and personalisation.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now with your updated CV in Microsoft Word/PDF format.Disclaimer: Notwithstanding any guidelines given to level of experience sought, we will consider candidates from outside this range if they can demonstrate the necessary competencies.
