Job Description ConnexAI is looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented individual to join our Numbers Team. As a multinational AI and SaaS provider, we support a diverse global customer base with telecommunications and numbering services.As a Numbers Engineer, you will be responsible for managing customer requests for new telephone numbers across various geographic regions. You will ensure requests are processed efficiently, in accordance with internal policies, and configured accurately within our platform for customer use.ResponsibilitiesProcess customer requests for new telephone numbers across multiple regionsOrder and allocate new numbers from carriers on behalf of customersMaintain accurate and up-to-date number routing informationEnsure compliance with internal allocation policiesLiaise with customers to understand and support their requirementsWork with Meta, WhatsApp, and other integrated messaging platformsInteract with carrier and internal systems to provision and configure numbersCollaborate effectively with team membersRequirementsExperience using online collaboration toolsProficiency in Microsoft and Google business productivity suitesStrong attention to detailAbility to follow documented procedures accuratelyExcellent organisational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProblem-solving mindset with a high level of accuracyAbility to work in an office-based, team-oriented environmentWillingness to work rotation-based shifts (7 am 10 pm), including 1 Saturday every 8 weeks
