Our charitable arm, the gunnercooke foundation, engages with communities on social issues and supports charitable growth.Due to continued success, our Corporate & Real Estate Senior Associate is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their practice.The Role We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join our Corporate & Real Estate Senior Associate in Manchester.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role.The day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:Diary Management (inputting deadlines and reminders)Monitor emails and respond where necessary and applicableManage external networking eventsClient communications, greeting clients, opening filesGreet clients, open files with client care letters, and check IDsManage bills, invoices, and expensesAudio typing documents and correspondenceRecord all client and matter details on the case management systemSet up new filesEnsure details are kept up to dateMake appointments and maintain the diaryAttend to clients in person and on the phone professionally and courteouslyThe role is based at our central Manchester office, with a hybrid working model offering 2-3 days from home per week.This position is suitable for full-time or part-time candidates, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.Personal Specification To succeed, you should be based in Manchester with prior experience as a legal PA or Secretary.You should have strong skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe, DocuSign, and related tools.
