We are experiencing continued growth and are now looking to expand our Client Services team by hiring a Campaign Manager / Account Manager. This role offers the opportunity to support a range of client accounts, with clear career progression and the chance to develop skills across the full marketing mix.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in a commercially orientated agency, working on digital accounts, and be seeking an opportunity to develop and progress their career. We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, driven, and career-focused individual to succeed in this role.The main responsibilities you will find yourself doing daily will be:Working closely with the Brand and Performance teams, you will devise and deliver brand and marketing campaigns designed to build brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire customers for our clients.You will oversee the quality of content produced by content writers, the social media team, and designers, ensuring brand identity and standards are consistently maintained.You will continuously monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, implementing improvements where required. You will gather and analyse results, optimise campaigns against agreed objectives, and own brand insights across marketing and media. You will also be accountable for extracting and translating data into clear, actionable insights.Online and offline campaign planningStrong understanding of all marketing channelsEnd-to-end campaign planning and execution, selecting the relevant marketing media mix and channels to build awareness and lead generation in the B2C and B2B marketsIdeation and development of all campaign ideas, including identifying target audiences, messaging, creating briefs and delivering the work with the creative/content/social and search marketing teams to bring these campaigns to life, defining all the messaging and objectives of the campaigns against the overall brand strategy of each client you work with.Ideation and development of brand campaignsDevelopment of messaging and positioning for campaignsAnalysis and evaluation of campaigns ROI and effectivenessWork closely with the brand performance team to refine the online messaging (web content and UX)Utilising internal resources and managing any relevant external agenciesManagement of the development of any customer acquisition assets e.g website developmentMeasure campaign performance to refine messaging, marketing channels and tactical deliveryDemonstrable experience driving brand awareness, customer nurture strategy (Online and offline), and lead generation campaigns targeted directly to consumersWhat were looking for is someone with the following in mindIdeally, you will possess a marketing degree, have a relevant qualification such as a CIM in marketing, or have equivalent qualifications.You will have at least 3-5 years of agency experience in a B2B environment, demonstrating a record of success in developing, managing, and leading key sales or strategic campaigns.Youll be a highly experienced and customer-oriented digital specialist who understands the true value of a multi-channel approach.You will need to have strong influencing and relationship management skills, and a systematic approach to projects, as well as a genuine passion for what drives brands and motivates customers.You will have vast experience of using marketing technology to aid campaigns, such as marketing automation platforms or email software solutions.Strong presentation and communication skills working with a variety of stakeholdersExcellent eye for detail, managing content and copywritingSelf-Starter with the ability to drive new strategies and deliver marketing campaignsSkilled in managing multiple projects and working autonomously to drive results and as a key team memberHard-working and dedicated to getting the job done properlyAttention to detailThe confidence to give clients trust in your workExcellent oral and written communication skillsFirst-class organisational skillsA proactive attitudeExperience of working as part of a teamA keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraintsFull awareness of creative processes and techniques including digital platformsAbility to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlookDriving licence and own transportThis is a fully remote position working from homeTalentsSelf-motivation, a strong work ethic and enthusiastic when confronted with changeA strong drive for successAn understanding and genuine interest in digital campaignsA positive, communicative personality that instils confidence in othersA desire to achieve our aims/goals, reflect our values and satisfy client expectationsBenefitsCompetitive salary, negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.Contributed Pension SchemeFlexible working environmentHolidays = 20 days (plus bank holidays)Birthday half-day holidayHours of work37.5 hours a week.
