Job Description Customer Service / Key Account ManagerOur client is a well-established success story, renowned for delivering high-quality garments across Healthcare, Corporate wear, Workwear, and Sportswear sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Customer Services team with a driven and customer-focused professional.This is a varied role combining customer service excellence with key account management. You will develop a strong understanding of the business and its supply chain, while building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal teams and clients at all levels.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a consistently high level of customer service Manage and nurture relationships with key Healthcare and University clients Engage with prospective colleges to secure partnerships for upcoming academic years Oversee account renewals and provide ongoing aftercare for college clients Coordinate and support customer deliveries both nationally and internationally Place, monitor, and track customer orders Manage delivery schedules and resolve any issues efficiently Prepare and issue quotations and estimates Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, providing effective solutions Skills & ExperienceStrong customer service and interpersonal skills Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar office-based role High level of IT literacy, including Excel; ERP system experience is desirable Highly organised with strong logical thinking skills Excellent communication abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A collaborative team player Good standard of education
