The team plays a vital role in supporting our 1,000strong salesforce across the UK and Ireland, helping the business run efficiently as we continue to grow. You'll build confidence, technical knowledge and business awareness while working towards your qualification and adding real value from day one. Initially, you'll be assessed forour Sales Operations area, focusing on your fit with Softcat, interest in the area, and transferable skills. At the Assessment Centre (from May 2026), we'll share the available apprenticeship teams. You'll be able to indicate a first choice, or we'll align you to where you're likely to make the greatest impact.
