The team plays a vital role in supporting our 1,000strong salesforce across the UK and Ireland, helping the business run efficiently as we continue to grow. You'll build confidence, technical knowledge and business awareness while working towards your qualification and adding real value from day one. Roles are available across Sales Support, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Opportunity Management and Commercial Sales Operations.nnnAs an Apprentice inSales Operations, you'll be:nnSupporting sales teams by managing data, processing orders and ensuring accuracy across internal systemsnBuilding strong working relationships with Account Managers, customers and internal stakeholdersnHelping maintain and improve operational workflows to optimise efficiencynAnalysing information, spotting patterns and contributing insights that support informed decisionmakingnAssisting with customer fulfilment processes, technology procurement and operational coordinationnCollaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver an exceptional customer and sales experiencennnnWe'd love you to havennDriven, proactive and eager to take initiativenStrong organisational skills and good attention to detailnConfident communicator with the ability to build rapportnComfortable working independently and as part of a teamnOpen to learning new systems, processes and toolsnnnEntryRequirementsnnMinimum GCSE English & Maths at Level 4/Grade C or above (England candidates only)nNo previous qualifications at Level 4+ in ITrelated subjectsnNo previous awarded qualifications at degree/masters/Level 4 (England)/HNC or above in any disciplinenMust hold a valid Right to Work in the UKnnnnWorkin a way thatworks for younWe recognise thateveryone is different and thatthe way in which people want to workand deliver at their best is different for everyone too. Initially, you'll be assessed forour Sales Operations area, focusing on your fit with Softcat, interest in the area, and transferable skills. At the Assessment Centre (from May 2026), we'll share the available apprenticeship teams. You'll be able to indicate a first choice, or we'll align you to where you're likely to make the greatest impact.
