With demand rising, theyre expanding their operations team and are looking for an experienced Claims Specialist to manage and progress cases efficiently, ensuring lenders respond within required timeframes.If you have hands-on claims experience and thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment keep reading What Youll Be Doing Client & Lender CommunicationHandling inbound and outbound calls to progress active claimsLiaising directly with clients and lenders to gather information and drive cases forwardConfidently managing conversations and setting expectations Workflow & Email ManagementManaging high volumes of claim-related correspondencePrioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines and SLAsWorking within automated systems while proactively chasing updates Case ManagementManaging your own caseload end-to-endUpdating CRM systems, case notes, and claim statuses accuratelyMoving claims through each stage efficiently and flagging any risks or delays Documents & ComplianceRequesting and handling key documentation (ID, agreements, etc.)Ensuring all files are accurate, compliant, and audit-readyWorking within regulated processes (FCA environment) Team SupportCollaborating with the wider team to hit targetsSupporting process improvements and sharing best practice What Were Looking ForPrevious experience working within claimsExperience managing or supporting claims within a CMC, legal, insurance, or financial services environmentConfident and professional communication skills, particularly over the phoneStrong attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume caseloadComfortable working within structured processes and compliance frameworksExperience using CRM systemsIdeally, experience within an FCA-regulated environment Why Join?Fast-growing, reputable CMC Supportive team culture Clear training & progression opportunities Incentives & performance rewards MondayFriday role no weekends Drop me a message or apply now!
