Our mission is to make charity running more accessible, worldwide, so more people can make their miles mean more.Were looking for a Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing marketing function, helping us grow, govern and elevate our brand, delivering high quality design across a range of mediums including video, print and social.The role:Were looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up in the world. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling business and is motivated by the chance to make a real impact.Youll be passionate about the brand, with a strong eye for detail and a natural instinct for creating compelling, high-quality visuals that resonate with audiences. From concept through to execution, youll bring ideas to life across a range of channels, helping us tell our story in a bold, consistent and engaging way.As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the following:ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging visual assets for digital channels including social media, email, web, and paid campaignsWork on paid media creative assets as a core part of the role, ensuring designs are optimised for performance and platform best practicesSupport the development and evolution of brand identity and visual guidelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative concepts, collateral and campaignsDesign marketing materials such as presentations, banners, landing pages, and adsContribute ideas and creative input in brainstorming sessionsOwn the organisation and management of all creative assets and content, with support from the wider content teamMaintain a highly organised, logical approach to workflows, asset management, and project deliveryManage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentEnsure all design output is consistent, high-quality, and on-brandIdeally bring some video editing capability to support motion-based content and campaignsExperiencett12 years of experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency)Ideally have experience working in a startup / scale-up business or fast-growing environmentStrong portfolio showcasing digital-first design workProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma, with at least a basic working knowledge of After Effects (ideally with experience in motion graphics and animation).Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, and branding principlesComfortable taking feedback and iterating quicklyHighly creative and forward-thinking, with a strong awareness of emerging design trends and the ability to stay ahead of the curveThe personOrganised and drivenCreative with great attention to detailProactive, curious, and eager to learnConfident and personable communicatorNot afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in this is a hands-on role with massive scope for growthWants to be part of an organisation that makes a difference!The benefitsHybrid workingCompetitive holiday allowance (22 days, plus 1 day for your birthday, plus 8 bank holidays)Perfect attendance scheme to increase holiday allowance (maximum 3 days)Holiday reward based on length of serviceCompany stakeholder pension schemeGym membership subsidy schemeGroup Life Assurance/Death in Service (after qualifying period)Group Income Protection (after qualifying period)Race entry available in selected major destination running eventsJoin realbuzz and be a part of a company that values innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to helping others achieve their fitness and fundraising goals.
