Job Description Job Title: Head of Commercial FinanceLocation: North Manchester (with responsibility across UK & Europe)Salary: 90,000 100,000 + 15% bonusWe are partnering with a rapidly scaling business executing an ambitious buy-and-build growth strategy across the UK and Europe. With significant expansion plans and a strong commercial agenda, the organisation is entering a key phase as it integrates new acquisitions, expands its operational footprint and strengthens its commercial finance capability.To support this next stage of growth, the business is seeking a Commercial Finance Leader to shape and drive the commercial finance agenda. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility across the senior leadership team, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and support the integration and performance of multiple entities across the group.Key Responsibilities:Commercial Finance LeadershipOwn and develop the commercial finance strategy across multiple entities within the group.Deliver insightful analysis across revenue, margins, cost drivers and profitability to support strategic and operational decisions.Translate financial performance into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.Business PartneringLead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners across the UK and Europe.Drive a culture of proactive commercial finance, moving the team beyond reporting into genuine business partnering.Challenge and influence stakeholders to support better decision-making across the organisation.Performance & InsightProvide forward-looking insight through scenario modelling, forecasting and financial analysis.Partner with operational and commercial leaders to evaluate opportunities, risks and investment decisions.Improve visibility of financial performance through meaningful KPIs and reporting frameworks.Planning & ForecastingOversee the budgeting and forecasting processes across the group.Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and financial planning capability.Ensure financial plans align with the broader commercial and strategic objectives of the business.Qualifications & Experience:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Proven experience in a commercial finance leadership role within a complex or multi-entity environment.Strong business partnering capability with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Experience leading and developing finance teams.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into clear commercial insight.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Whats on Offer:A key leadership role within a high-growth organisation with an ambitious expansion strategy.The opportunity to shape the commercial finance agenda during a significant growth and acquisition phase.Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.Salary of 90,000 100,000 plus 15% performance-related bonus.
