As a brand, we are customer and digitally focused, entrepreneurial, passionate and positive.Our GoalsWith plenty of organic growth firmly established, we are seeking an experienced, goal-orientated and dynamic eCommerce Manager (a newly created role) to join our team on a full or part-time basis.We have ambitious targets for the continued growth of the brand and seek an individual who can contribute to our planned success with meaningful insights and application of expert knowledge. We have big plans for 2026 and beyond which we'd love for you to be part of:Developing our commercial presence around the world, particularly in the USRefining and elevating the brand and product to further support our ambition of being a leader in luxury homewareEmbracing a scale up mentality within the team as we continue to growWe're Looking For:Mindset:A strong interest in the Digital & eCommerce industries, with a genuine passion for user experience and a natural curiousityA broad understanding of the components which make a website successful, from tech partners to best practice design and conversion rate optimisationExcellent ability to crunch metrics and analyse areas for optimisationAmbitious, with the potential to become a future leader within the brandA positive outlook, excellent problem solver and proactiveMust Haves:Experience with ShopifyExperience working with analytics tools, such as Microsoft Clarity and Google AnalyticsExperience working with external agenciesStrong understanding of conversion rate optimisation and user experience4+ years of experience as an eCommerce / Digital / Marketing ManagerUnderstanding of the luxury customer and our brand DNANice to Haves:Experience within the luxury / homeware / lifestyle sector or strong D2C brandExperience trading in overseas markets, such as the US and EuropeExperience of using other marketing and eCommerce software such as Klaviyo, to support the team as requiredThe RoleOn a day to day basis, you will report directly to the Founder and your key responsibilities will include:Management and ownership of our Shopify Plus siteManagement of relationships and roadmap with our agency partnersWork closely with the SLT to extract key insights from weekly trade reports and translate these insights effectively into team actions across eCommerce, brand and marketingManage our annual Marketing Calendar and the execution of the eCommerce StrategyAs part of our approach to creating a flexible working environment, we are open to applicants seeking either full and part time employment with the possibility for hybrid working. The right fit and experience for the brand is most important. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
