Account Handler

Account Handler 30,000 - 34,000 per annum Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm Our client is a commercial insurance brokers based in Cholmondeley with clients nationwide. They have a specialist of farm and equine, but the majority of their book presently is commercial. They work with Acturis and Broker Central. They are looking for a team player who is multi-talented to work within their brokerage to service their existing client base and to continue building their book with new clients. Most of their growth has been organic in the past but they now have a good presence within their business community and online, so they are very busy with new business. The core responsibilities of the Account Handler include: To act as the primary contact answering the phones. To act as a point of reference for all insurance queries. To provide quotations and renewals from Acturis when required. To keep Task Manager up to date for all parties on Acturis. Ensure all requests are dealt with promptly, correctly and efficiently within their regulatory guidelines for compliance. To gather all relevant information and documentation from the clients on their policy, levels of cover and pertinent exclusions in relation to the renewal queries being presented. Production of required documentation and the processing thereof for renewal policies and debit these onto Acturis with the correct fees. Ensure all files are maintained and updated with all documents, email and telephone exchanges. Provide exceptional levels of customer service and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction, to put the interests of clients first and treat them fairly. Attend any meetings, internally or externally as and when reasonably required. Provide admin support to all Account Executives. TPBN1_UKTJ
