Production OperativeScroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityLocation: Maldon (Onsite)Hours: FlexibleSalary: 30k + potential for overtimeAbout the Role:We are looking for a proactive Production Operative to support the site activities necessary to ensure that the manufacturing, Health & Safety, and food safety requirements are met in full, to the company standards as well as the customer standards.Key Responsibilities:Ensure full compliance with all legal, safety, environmental, hygiene, and food safety regulations.Maximise the efficiency and output of the stoneground mill while maintaining high product quality and safety.Ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and external standards (including BRC, HACCP, Health & Safety legislation).Monitor quality performance, analyse data, and take corrective actions where necessary.Rigorously follow operational procedures and work instructions.Provide support to two small packing lines as required.Take part in scheduled training, development activities, and general hygiene duties.Uphold high hygiene standards through routine and deep cleaning processes.Collaborate with the wider team and adapt to support other site functions as needed.What Were Looking For:ISOH certification and/or other relevant Health & Safety training.HACCP and/or Food Safety qualifications.Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.A flexible and reliable team player with high self-motivation.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills.Willingness to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
