Project Manager - Building Safety

We are currently partnering with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Kent, who are recruiting for a Project Manager to work on their Building Safety Projects & join their growing team on a permanent basis.Our client are specialists in Designing, Costing and Managing Construction projects over a wide variety of sectors and clients across the South-East of England.This is a full-time position with a salary range of £55,000 to £65,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Working directly on schemes ranging from £1 Million – £10 Million delivering both Pre and Post Contract services Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projectDemonstrate compliance on delivering High Risk Building cladding replacement under the Building Safety ActPlaying an active role in client development, networking, business development, assistance with submissionsCoordinating of resources, procurement and appointment of consultants, contractors and suppliers, developing specific turn-key project structures to suit client needsExperience required:Relevant professional qualification (MRICS, MCIOB) or close to achieving thisExtensive experience in delivering Building Safety ProjectsExperience in client & business developmentSkills, knowledge and expertise required:Competence to deliver projects working on existing HRB’sRequire excellent communication skills, both written and verbalHave proven IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, ProjectsRewards and Benefits:Investors in People Gold since 2018Generous annual leave policy Staff profit share bonus schemePension schemePayment of professional feesLife coverWorking hours:37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
