The (HubSpot) world is your lobster. You’ll eventually be responsible for owning and developing your own client bank and making HubSpot work for those clients in the best possible way. But, in the meantime, whilst you learn your craft…You’ll be asked to mix in with everything; from our own marketing, to practical delivery for clients on HubSpot, to growing your own knowledge, through to anything else that might come up along the way as the business grows. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor! What your day could look like;Priority setting across the business - you’ll have a complete view of all activity and can help to shape what needs to happen next.Pipeline review - you’ll be able to see what new clients we have coming in and help to land them as customers.Call with a key client shadowing a Senior HubSpot consultant - learn how we do what we do as you work towards the next stage in your career.Practical delivery on HubSpot for clients - complete junior-level HubSpot tasks on behalf of the consultants to help keep projects moving forwards. You’ll be asked to build your network and leverage it for opportunities in the future.Account development - looking at our active accounts you’ll be asked to generate account plans that help existing customers to do even more with their HubSpot, then you’ll need to develop pitches to those customers that highlight the benefit of working with us further.Personal development - there will be plenty of time to learn more about HubSpot and more about business. We’re keen to help you on your road to success and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop personally in a wide range of environments, including areas you want to focus on.About youRequiredIn assessing candidates for this role, we’ll be looking for the following attributes.Independent, motivated and driven - we’ll ask you to explain how you’ve made a success out of something in the past, possibly with limited guidance. You’ll be excited by the prospect of one day potentially owning some of the company and helping to shape what it does. You’ll take pride in the company delivering the very best outcomes for clients as a route to growth.Knowledge of HubSpot - this can be basic, but there’s also time to do your research! We’ll be asking about what you know and what you think about what HubSpot can do for businesses and where businesses might need help.Hard worker who cares about outcomes - we care about getting our clients what they need, when they need it, because we think this is the way to build a great business.Passion for some part of what we want to do - are you really excited by HubSpot? Great! Do you like the idea of an employee ownership model? Brilliant! Do you feel like there’s something here that’s different to other HubSpot partners? Amazing! A business background at school, college or university would help.Operational experience - if you’ve held an ops role, even a very junior one, then you may well know more about business processes; the same could also be true for sales, marketing or service-based roles.Experience in a business that uses HubSpot or a HubSpot partner - if you worked for a business that used HubSpot then you’ve likely got a really good understanding of what we do. If you’ve worked for a HubSpot partner then you probably also know what works and doesn’t with HubSpot and in a partnership business. Experience of Salesforce or a.n.other CRM - HubSpot and Salesforce are similar solutions and knowledge of Salesforce will help the ideal candidate.Proficient on Sheets, Excel or other data tools - if you’re good with data and/or a Sheets wizard then you’ll be good with HubSpot data and able to help in a range of scenarios.
