This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven legal professional who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service while maintaining high compliance and performance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and support a team of conveyancers, paralegals, and support staffMonitor team performance, caseloads, and service levels to ensure targets are metProvide technical guidance on complex conveyancing mattersEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesConduct regular file reviews and auditsAssist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team membersDrive continuous improvement in processes and client experienceHandle a reduced caseload of residential conveyancing files (if required)RequirementsQualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee EarnerProven experience managing or supervising a conveyancing teamStrong technical knowledge of residential property transactionsExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong focus on client care and service deliveryDesirableExperience with case management systemsTrack record of improving team performance and efficiencyKnowledge of compliance frameworks and risk management
