They deliver unmatched quality at competitive rates.They are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer, qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX, with at least 5 years' experience in residential property law. The successful candidate will manage residential property transactions from instruction to completion, providing high-quality legal advice and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and lender requirements.Are you the right person for the job? Fully qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with current valid practising status Minimum 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing Strong knowledge of residential property law and practical conveyancing procedures, including freehold and leasehold interestsExperience with commercial property is desirable but not essentialProven ability to manage a diverse workload independentlyExcellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearlyProficiency with conveyancing case management software and legal research toolsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritise workload and work under pressure to meet deadlines without compromising accuracyClient-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentHigh level of professional integrity and commitment to confidentiality What will your role look like? Handle a full range of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equityAct as principal fee earner for all matters allocated, managing cases efficiently and effectivelyCarry out legal research, draft and review contracts, leases, and related documentsLiaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professional bodiesEnsure all transactions comply with relevant legislation, regulatory bodies (e.g., CLC, SRA), and internal policiesProvide clear and accurate advice to clients on legal and financial aspects of property transactionsIdentify risks and resolve issues arising during conveyancing processesMaintain meticulous case management and meet deadlines while ensuring attention to detailSupport junior team members and contribute to team objectives What can you expect in return? 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with additional days awarded after one year of employmentCompetitive salary and performance-related bonus schemePension scheme contributionsGenerous holiday entitlementSupportive working environment with opportunities for professional development What's next?
