They deliver unmatched quality at competitive rates.They are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer, qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX, with at least 5 years' experience in residential property law. The successful candidate will manage residential property transactions from instruction to completion, providing high-quality legal advice and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and lender requirements.Are you the right person for the job? Fully qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with current valid practising status Minimum 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing Strong knowledge of residential property law and practical conveyancing procedures, including freehold and leasehold interestsExperience with commercial property is desirable but not essentialProven ability to manage a diverse workload independentlyExcellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearlyProficiency with conveyancing case management software and legal research toolsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritise workload and work under pressure to meet deadlines without compromising accuracyClient-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentHigh level of professional integrity and commitment to confidentiality What will your role look like?
