Known for their rigorous yet progressive approach, they deliver ambitious work across cultural, residential, commercial, public, and infrastructure sectors, including several high-profile and NDA-sensitive projects.Their team-first culture fosters mentorship, creative input, and design excellence — making this a great environment for someone who wants to grow and lead while contributing to the studio’s future direction.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Architect or Project Architect who can take ownership of project stages (particularly Stage 4 technical delivery) and contribute across design, coordination, and team leadership.You’ll work closely with the founders and wider team to shape complex design outcomes, mentor others, and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.What We’re Looking For:Proven design, management, and delivery experience across multiple RIBA stages (with a focus on Stage 4)Strong communicator – able to work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teamsStrong portfolio across cultural, residential, and commercial or infrastructure projectsAbility to lead packages, teams, and technical coordination on siteA collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring othersConfidence using Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino in a professional settingDesirable:Experience on large, complex or public-sector projectsInterest in contributing to studio culture and internal developmentA long-term interest in progressing to a Senior Architect or Project Leader role
