Regional Distribution Manager / South Darenth / Hybrid / £60-80,000 plus bonusWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Distribution Manager to lead and optimise multi-country logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations across Europe. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven leader who can manage end-to-end supply chain operations while delivering improvements in safety, efficiency, automation, cost control, and service levels. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day distribution, transport, and warehouse activities across multiple European sitesLead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service levelsOversee health 'safety compliance across all logistics operations (internal and external)Manage third-party logistics and transport providers, including contracts and performanceSupport the implementation of automation, data-driven systems, and continuous improvement projectsLead cross-functional projects and regional distribution integration effortsDevelop and present business cases, manage budgets, and report to senior leadershipFoster a high-performance, collaborative team culture in line with company valuesWhat We’re Looking ForLeadership experience in distribution, logistics, or transportation operationsStrong background in multi-country or regional supply chain environmentsExperience managing 3PL contracts and providersProven success in operational transformation, cost reduction, and digitalisationStrong analytical, communication, and project management skillsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)Familiarity with WMS, ERP, and advanced logistics systemsRegional Distribution Manager / South Darenth / Hybrid / £60-80,000 plus bonus
